Description:

A local Environmental Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Level Biologist with 8+years of experience. Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to: field work and observation, reporting, practice latest survey techniques, demonstrate site issues, management of lower level biologists, management of medium to large sized projects, assist with implementing permit and compliance regulations, and writing proposals.

Qualified candidates will have a B. S. or M. S. in Biology (or related field), and will have worked in an environmental consulting or environmental engineering field. Candidates must be familiar with NEPA and CEQA regulations, and be proficient in report writing. Knowledge of special status species. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, as a team, and supervise others.
